Remember Tina Louise as Ginger Grant in Gilligan’s Island (1964 to 1992)? This salad dressing is almost the exact same color as her hair.  So, this recipe is named after her. This is the salad dressing you get on salads in Japanese restaurants… but better!

GINGER DRESSING

    Directions

    Step 1

    Chop up all the vegetables. Put all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and blend until as smooth as possible. Refrigerate.
