Okay, so I’m not tired for the same reason Madeline Kahn was tired in Blazing Saddles (1974) which by the way is one of the funniest movies of all time.  But I am exhausted nonetheless.  Looking back at 2023, this was a hard year.  I had a few personal setbacks we needn’t discuss.  I had Covid at least once.  My joints feel like I’m a million years old.  And I worked really hard.  I need a break!  I’m going to get one between Xmas and the New Year when I go to Florida for a total do-nothing holiday.  Until then, I’m enjoying the Christmas music at Dorignac’s, the slight chill in the air (that might be my imagination) and seasonal decorations. One thing this year has taught me is that I have to take care of my health and get enough rest.  Let’s face it, I’m tired.
