The First Annual Champagne and Caviar Dinner was held on the first Saturday of December at 1205 Aris Avenue and it was a success. Leslie brought a bottle of Dom Perignon which was amazing! The Ossetra caviar was flown in from Petrossian. The lobster tails came from LobsterAnywhere and were "stuffed" with a crabmeat mixture, drizzled with melted garlic butter and roasted to perfection. I managed to flame the strawberry crepes without setting the house on fire and my friends gifted me with a set of grilling utensils. It was a fun evening.
