Day One is always a day of adjustment, exhaustion and excitement. Ordinarily, I spend just a few hours on the beach the first day so that I don't get sunburned. But this time I got a little too much sun due to a mid-day boat ride down the beach to a local Jamaican eatery where the lobster and fish had just come out of the water minutes or hours earlier. Still, it was a perfect day that ended with a cannabis oil massage and a room service dinner. Day Two promises to be even better.
