I thought I hadn’t washed my wineglasses properly! I took a sip and tasted SMOKE. Like the kind of smoke that comes from my Traeger grill when I use the mesquite pellets! I think the smokiness may have faded after a few hours but by then I had lost interest and poured something else. I thought this was an odd wine.
