Rumba opened in April of 2025, so it was still pretty new when my mom and I visited. We will definitely return! While my rum punch was pretty basic, I can’t say it didn’t deliver in taste and potency. As for appetizers, the mussels were perfect and the pimento cheese was near-addictive. The jerk chicken on coconut risotto served with brined tomatoes is a stand-out. Our server was friendly and patient notwithstanding the busy lunch hour. A step or two above Margaritaville, this place is perfect for a casual, fun and satisfying meal.
