This is the scariest movie I watched this Halloween season. Directed by Kathryn Bigelow, and written by Noah Oppenheim, the former president of NBC News, this Netflix movie exposes our vulnerability to a nuclear disaster. When an incoming nuclear missile from an unknown source heads straight for Chicago, the United States government and military have mere minutes to react and respond. This fictional but all too possible scenario is a story we should all pay attention to. I highly recommend it. It’s scary as hell.
