I'm still processing 2025.
Most notable about 2025 is how quickly it came and went. But last night’s Studio 54 party at Jamaica Inn was a great way to end the year and start a new one.
My vacation is coming to an end!
A couple of notes about the pictures below. That’s my new friend Sherri swimming in the ocean – she swam for hours! The pretty young vocalist who entertained at the NY’s Eve party is a local Jamaican who was “discovered” by the staff at JI. She is blind and autistic and has an amazing voice. It was such a pleasure to spend the evening with new friends and my peeps at JI. They were lucky during Hurricane Melissa and this place remains my home away from home. It was mostly rainy this week but that didn’t matter. It was a great week. By the time I get home tomorrow, I’ll be glad I’m there.
